Relax with family and friends at this private and peaceful 1.4 acre SW facing lake side retreat in the heart of the world famous Muskoka Lakes area. Ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation, within 30 minutes of Gravenhurst and Port Carling. Experience all day sun and the most spectacular sunsets in this incredible oasis - you'll never want to leave!

THE SPACE
'Muskoka on the Rocks' as we call out cottage is the ideal vacation place for one or two families with children or a group of friends. The Cottage sleeps up to 11 ppl in 4 bdrms - 2 with queen beds, one with bottom double bunk bed (up to 3 ppl) and one with 2 bunk beds (up to 4 ppl). Fully renovated in Spring 2022, including a new bathroom and fully outfitted kitchen with high end appliances to make amazing cottage meals (range, F/F, d/w, oversized w/d, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, mixer). Ample parking, multiple docks, propane BBQ, 2 double kayaks, hammock & more!
Indoor and outdoor dining spaces invite to linger longer. The cottage has a private cove area with one boat slip and three additional decks / docks for outdoor sitting or lounging. You can take in splendid sunsets while sipping on a glass of wine from either the deck or from the crow's nest area suspended over the water, from your hammock above the private cove or from the two docks on the water. Long summer evenings can be spent outside on the decks and on rainy days you'll find lots of boards games in the cottage to keep the whole family entertained.

Canada Day weekend 2023

Family of 5 plus 2 of the kids friends. So we were a sizable group. House is clean, towels were brand new, cupboards and everything was clean. Means alot to us when looking for a cottage. Inside the house is roomy enough to give everyone their own space, and with the 2 docks and multiple sitting areas, everyone has privacy. The road in is basically 1 way so drive it slow, but super cool if you like adventures. AC would be my only request to make it 5 stars all the way round. What a great property on an awesome lake. Million dollar vacation for a fraction of the cost. Hosts are very prompt with responding if anything is needed. A+

Paradise!

The cottage is simple and clean and sits on a beautiful stretch of lakefront property. Excellent weed free and deep swimming right off the dock. The kitchen is nicely renovated and well stocked. Can’t wait to return!
