This is a ground-floor residence with another residence above it, so you will be able to hear the footsteps of people staying above.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The place was decorated nicely and very clean. Lots of thoughtful little things like snacks and beach chairs. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was the absolutely cleanest property I have ever rented for a trip. Everything was pristine and fresh and it was so close to everything you could walk to the Jacksonville Beach pier and it only took us 10 minutes to get to Mayo Clinic. For a trip that was taken to get my daughter help from this prestigious. Facility turned out to be the best possible, considering the situation, due to the place we stayed at. They have the cutest little coffee bar with K cups and tea with sugar in the raw and I have never had a place offer me tea. I always had to go by my own. It was just the thoughtfulness and cleanliness and all around wonderful communication with the homeowners during this process that really blew my socks off.We are planning another trip back to Mayo Clinic for December for 11 days and I am going to be renting this property again because that’s how awesome it was our first stay!!!! Thank you so much for having such a wonderful property for my family and I to stay even though we weren’t there for vacation you made it feel like one!
