• NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly request that you treat our apartment with respect and refrain from hosting parties or events. • REPORT ISSUES PROMPTLY: If you encounter any maintenance issues or problems during your stay, please notify us immediately so that we can address them promptly.
• HOUSEKEEPING: While the apartment will be cleaned before your arrival, we do not provide daily housekeeping. However, if you need additional cleaning services during your stay, please inquire, and we can make arrangements for a fee.
• RESPONSIBLE USE OF UTILITIES: Please be mindful of energy and water usage during your stay, and remember to turn off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when not in use.
• PROPERTY ACCESS: During your stay, there may be instances where we or our authorized personnel may need access to the apartment for maintenance or other reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance whenever possible.
