Perfect for family of 4, great location

We loved this condo. It's a perfect location for ski-in/ski-out of Lift #4 that serves novice terrain. Most condos this close require the kids to sleep on a sleeper sofa, but this condo has a great bunk bed in addition to the queen-size bed, leaving the couch free to sit and use as an actual couch! The kitchen is small but functional, and we cooked all meals there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good place to stay, clean, easy in & out. Beds were very firm (not really for me but some people would like that)

Great time!

The condo was exactly as pictured. The unit was very clean. The complex overall was as fine, the hot tubs were fairly gross while we were there- likely due to all the spring breakers. Location was great- true ski in/ski out. A mattress topper would go a long ways on the main bed- but you’re so worn out from skiing it doesn’t really matter.

The Purgatory Ski Resort maintains the hot tubs regularly, but you are probably right in the business of Spring Break being the issue. Bike Race

Great location, clean rental and well stocked. I would add a cheese grater and a larger casserole dish :) Otherwise all useful kitchen items are there. Check in was a little tricky as the internet is not good at the resort and wasn’t able to access check in steps. (The wifi password was missing a digit but I figured it out.) Should have read it earlier. Directions to use the keypad on door would be helpful. No where to store Mtn bikes and signs all over that they are not allowed in the rooms. That needs to be solved because people aren’t willing to leave their expensive bikes chained up outside. Bike lockers? Beautiful view from room and steps to the happenings there. Fun times.
