We had an amazing stay at this hidden butterfly 3. We came to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location. Definitely needed someone to do a walk-through before renting. Lightbulbs in the kitchen over the oven and counter lighting needed the bulbs replaced. The TV in the master bedroom was not linked up to any available channels or cable of any kind. So it was definitely there just for looks. Very minimal kitchen/cooking needs were available. Some of the cooking utensils were old/rusted and were not of good quality. Dirty glassware as well.The hot tub that was available was only comfortable for two people and not anymore than that. It would overflow if you had more than three people in it. (Definitely not for 5ppl).

House had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very nice and accommodating. Tub didn’t have a stopper for my little boy and they brought us one. There is a good deal of people/cars in and out front as their property storage units are where you park and they access them a lot. The open kitchen cabinets were very dusty and all the dishes and glasses were sitting in thick dust. The view from the living room is of very over grown brush piles and weeds as tall as an adult. Definitely needs cleaning up. No hot water in the kitchen sink either.

The property was very clean and accommodating with the full kitchen and gave us that cozy vacation vibe. The house is located near local breweries and wineries for those relax afternoons and close enough to several state parks we got to visit and hike as a family. Will be coming back to enjoy the city Spicewood near land Travis till our hearts are contempt.
