Watch the sun set from the screened in porch and new balcony! Star gazing. Pub style outside table and chairs for your own private toast for two! Come for the rocket launches! Ponies walk past the home during Pony Penning!

Please park in back and do not block driveway as it is a shared driveway.

Worked out great for the two of us and two grandkids. Good location and amenities. Nice screened porch and balcony. Bedrooms got a little warm overnight but provided fans helped cool the rooms. Host was very responsive and helpful for our first trip to the area.

Lovely home and Christine was wonderful about answering any questions promptly. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the fan blowing with the view of the water and watching the ducks

Older home charm with modern conveniences. Good location and good views of the bay. We would like to stay again next year during the week of August 19th. From Sunday to Thursday, can we book now and pay in April?

Long weekend getaway in Chincoteague

We spent a long (three-night) weekend in Chincoteague, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Christine is a fabulous host, and the house is in a great location, very convenient to both "downtown" Chincoteague, the wildlife refuge, and Curtis Merritt Harbor (where many of the tour boats are located). Both the lower level screened porch and the upper level un-screened deck are great places to relax in the morning or evening - you can watch birds flying around the marsh, and the front garden is a pollinator haven! Christine provides great instructions and basic info about Chincoteague, and is quick to respond to questions.
