Lovely house! Very clean and updated. Loved the screen porch and the location is perfect for biking directly to the trail or the beach!

We had a short getaway - even in the off season it was beautiful. The house is very homey and comfortable. Good place for families with kids or even a couples getaway.

This house is in an absolutely fantastic location, close to the beach, and the town, and is very private and secluded. However, it wasn't very clean (there were cobwebs all over the place), it was very dusty (we were all sneezing constantly), and the decor, furniture, and carpets are all old (there was a VHS player with old VHS tapes, and a record player!). The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated though and were nice. I think one would expect a more modern/updated house for this price, and certaintly a better cleaning service.

Overall, we loved Cedar Haven. The view towards Assateague and of the lighthouse was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean and comfortable, and it was very close to the entrance to Assateague Island. The screened in porch and deck were great for eating and relaxing. The location was great for biking.However, the bed in bedroom 1 is not a queen as stated, but a double. The upstairs floor was very creaky when anyone walked on it, waking up those sleeping in the bedrooms below. This is a showstopper for us staying here again, which is unfortunate as we loved everything else about Cedar Haven. One small thing, a 5-cup coffee maker is way too small for 4 or more coffee drinkers!

Great little house with several nice porches facing different directions. We had a slight snag when checking in because the door code hadn't been updated, but the property manager was extremely easy to get hold of and we had the problem solved in just a few minutes. Nice quiet neighborhood with Assateague Island very close by.
