It’s perfect; your group will be thrilled with it!

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome is a great way to experience mountain luxury at its finest. Groups of up to eight people can relax and enjoy themselves with plenty of room to spread out. Take a dip in the private hot tub after a great day of skiing, mountain biking or any of the other activities Summit County has to offer. Or, kick back in front of the beautiful floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace!

The living area also features plenty of seating on high-end leather furniture and a large flat-screen TV for taking in the game or morning snow report. The open kitchen has beautiful granite counters, custom alder cabinetry, a professional grade four-burner stovetop plus a griddle, and top-of-the-line cookware. The beautiful custom dining table seats eight, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

Venture out to the flagstone patio to find true outdoor relaxation: a six-person hot tub, a gas fire pit, and glorious views of the Tenmile Range. Or, throw some dinner on the gas grill. This house was perfect for visiting oir daughter in Breck. She was half mile away. The accomodatio s were great. The plows came by for the freshly fallen snow. Extras in the kitchen too like spices. Thats always a bonus bc we like to cook.

Great location!

Loved the location. Was perfect for our group of 5 girls. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views! We also loved the steamer shower and the heated floors, such a nice bonus! Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful location

This is a great place to stay in Breck with tons of space and a perfect location. The property has great bones but could use a little TLC for this price range, particularly in the technology area. For example, there are no smart TVs, and we had issues with the main device that didn’t get addressed until the last day of our stay. The patio has beautiful views but the furniture is old and some of the chairs need to be replaced.

The property was clean, well maintained, and nicely stocked with kitchen appliances. They had nice extras like fans and a pack n play. You can tell the management company does a nice job maintaining the home. Great location!

2025 winter family trip

Overall it was ok. The hot tub which was a main feature we needed and we used as a filter to search properties, was not usable until the last night we were there so that was really disappointing. The garage access door wouldn’t lock so that left a few in our group a little worried about security.

Family Trip to Breckenridge

This house is gorgeous, very clean and the perfect layout for a large family. We had so much space and really enjoyed our time here. The house is located just slightly outside of Breck (maybe 4 miles) and is the perfect distance. We rented a car, but did take the shuttle one day (which picks you up 0.2 miles from the house) and drops you off at the gondola downtown. So convenient. You will NOT be disappointed with this house. We plan to come back and stay at the exact location again in the future.

Torn bed linens and throw pillows, , dirty, "tired" living room couch and chair, tall weeds at from door, outdoor furniture is falling apart, fire pit flagstone coming off, temperature dial on grill inoperable as well as igniter, screens/doors don't slide or lock easily, drain water line to washer not secured causing a flood in laundry room, ice/water dispenser in refrigerator not working, In my opinion the person responsible for maintaining this property doesn't address the issues.. Property management company is responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Ski Vacation

This wonderful condo was perfect for my adult family for a ski vacation. The place was clean, convenient and roomy for 6 adults. It had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, ample pillows and blankets, to humidifiers. The hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing and was clean, hot and ready and to use. The 2 car garage was nice to park in and get vehicles out of the cold and snow. It is perfectly located just outside of Breckenridge that you get out of the busyness of the heart of town yet close enough to the slopes and restaurants. Communication with the property manager was great. Eivy was so friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous home, great stay!

Two moms and four adult kids had a wonderful 6-night stay at this mountain home. It is beautiful, with soaring beams and ceilings, tasteful decor, great big hot tub, gas fireplaces, comfy beds and linens, lots of spaces to kick back and have a drink or read a book. Quiet neighborhood with a protected wildlife area behind it so no buildings. Saw a Grey Heron that roosts behind the home! A short walk down the road gets you to the Breck Free Ride shuttle service Green Line that comes to the Shores neighborhood at :29 and :59 after the hour and runs from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm. Take it right to the Breck gondola base. Picks up at the base at :45 and :15 for return trips. So convenient!

We scheduled a sleigh ride at Breckenridge Stables and a snow tubing outing at Keystone. The location was absolutely perfect. Both outings were extremely, easily accessible. We also took in the Ice sculptures downtown. The condo was grand, lodge-like, with high end finishes and amenities, and accommodating for 3 families. This is on our "must stay again" list. You will not be disappointed.

Great stay, beautiful property

We all enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge and while we didn’t get much fresh powder we did enjoy every day on the mountain. After skiing all day the hot tub and steam room felt great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cookware in the property and it took a full 24 hours to heat the property. It was 63 in the house when we arrived at 7pm and it didn’t get to 70 until after we arrived back from skiing the next day. The cookware needs replaced! Too nice of a property to have that experience. Nevertheless, we enjoyed are stay and would recommend this property

Great location--super easy access to Frisco and Breckenridge as well as Copper Mountain. Steam room shower is amazing, great hot tub. Also loved having access to 2 garage spaces. However, our take was that the owners don't appear to be too interested in making this property top notch. Furniture, bedding, carpet, appliances, etc. are dated, not very functional, dirty and/or not inviting. Dishwasher leaked on the floor every time we used it, Fridge appears to leak on wood floors that are warped underneath it. Carpet is old/worn and/or appears dirty throughout, pots/pans are, um, well-used, and the TVs are small, super old and don't stream [in a time when you can buy a 75" SmartTV from Walmart for $600.] Leather couch cushions flop off the couch when they are supposed to stay on with Velcro(?), we found somebody's hair in the sheets of 2 of the beds, etc. These are clearly first-world problems, but for the cost of the property [and relative to many other options we've rented in the area], it was disappointing and not what we expected based on the listing. Wouldn't take much to make this a really stellar place to stay, but wouldn't recommend it based on our experience.
