The open floor plan and natural light provide exquisite entertainment space for you and your friends or family during

your stay. The primary suite, which opens up to the pool, includes a Tommy Bahama king bed with a

pillowtop mattress. The en suite bath has a huge walk-in shower and double sinks. The guest bedroom has

a queen bed with a pillowtop mattress, also overlooking the pool. The third bedroom has a full over full

bunk bed with a pull-out trundle.



The home incorporates a cook’s kitchen with all the gadgets needed to bring your culinary skills to vacation, from your daily catch

or local products from the Port Aransas Family Center. The large granite island, custom cabinets, and bosch

appliances will give you that chef`s kitchen vibe! Not much of a cook on vacation?! Our home is walking

distance to Port A staples like Cancun, Subway, and Coffee Waves.



The property is equipped with full surround sound on the interior and exterior of the home, and has

Bluetooth capabilities for those days by our heated, private pool or the evenings surrounded by good

music and family to beat that summer heat. Interested in renting a golf cart? Our property management

company offers 6-seater gas golf carts that are close by for easy convenience to downtown and the

beach.



Our property is more than just that. It is a place that we enjoy and have made many family memories in,

which led us to sharing our home with vacationers like yourself to experience that perfect island get-

away! We strive to offer the most efficient and convenient amenities to take the stress off
