This tidy 3 bedroom condo at Sea Isle Village offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private, covered balcony! The beautiful community pool is just steps away, as is the pathway to the beach for easy access. Sea Isle Village is located right at beach marker #3, which means you are just minutes from all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Port Aransas has to offer.

This condo has been lovingly cared for, with updated furniture and appliances, fun, beachy decor and colors and tile floors throughout the common areas.

Perfect for small and larger groups, this unit can sleep up to 8 comfortably in beds!! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds.

Two bedrooms and the living room have flat screen televisions with cable in the living room and smart TVs in the bedrooms (the bedroom TVs offer cable through the Spectrum app via Roku devices). There is also free wireless internet service. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens into the living area, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials.

A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Overflow and boat parking available on a first come, first served basis.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
