Spanish Villa with Pool overlooking golf course

This is a beautiful spacious home in Placida Florida overlooking the 16th green on the Links Golf Course. We completely renovated the house with high end finishes and a brand new enclosed pool with a massive amount of outdoor space. We are 5 minutes from Boca Grande Causeway and 10 minutes to the beach! Also it’s a five minute walk to Publix and a local pizza place. Everything is convenient without all of the traffic. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Great house

House has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Convenient to Publix for groceries. About 20 minutes to gasparilla island which has the nicest beaches around in my opinion. Pool was clean, kitchen had all the necessities, beds were comfy. Overall great place to stay!

Florida Vacation

We had a wonderful month’s stay at this property. It is very clean, newly renovated, well equipped and located in a perfect location. The pool and lanai were favourite hangouts, particularly as the westerly view gives lots of sun. John was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and made our stay stress free. We would absolutely recommend this property.

This house is wonderful! The listing is 100% accurate and the owners were delightful to work with. The home is fully stocked and in immaculate condition. The owner was quick to respond to all communication and was extremely generous. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

We Love This Home!

This is an absolutely beautiful home and a wonderful place to escape for a vacation. The home is newly renovated, right on the golf course, and very conveniently located. The home is very near the grocery and restaurants, with easy access to beaches, Boca Grande, and Manasota Key. We could tell the owners put a lot of care into making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a couple of questions during our visit, and the owners responded right away and couldn't have been nicer. We hope to make it back for another visit soon!
