Located in a peaceful, central & safe neighborhood, this remodeled home is near some of the most iconic sights of San Diego. This spacious three bedroom home is outfitted in modern décor & windows that provide natural light. The home is located in Chula Vista area, close to the newly renovated Downtown 3rd Ave., full of restaurants and breweries; as well as a 5 min. drive to the new Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in the Marina!

The house is newly remodeled, with hardwood floors & brand new furniture. Guests can enjoy a beautifully appointed kitchen, open living room, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There's also a beautiful spacious yard with deck and roof, foosball table, dining area, patio seating and a grill!

Bedroom 1, the master bedroom is the largest, with queen bed, closet, AC and TV.
Bedroom 2, this bedroom has a queen bed with pull out bed, closet, AC and TV.
Bedroom 3, this bedroom is perfect for kids as it has 1 twin bed and 1 twin pull out bed, closet, fan and TV. This bedroom is connected to the half bathroom.
Optional baby crib (let me know in advance if you will be needing it during your stay!)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure that all the lights and electronics are turned off (TV, AC, oven, washer/dryer).
Please make sure that all remotes are in the original location:---Master bedroom 1 TV, 1 AC -Middle bedroom 1 TV, 1 AC -Smaller bedroom 1 TV -Living 1 AC Missing/damaged remotes, need a new AC unit.
Please make sure the any trash in the backyard is picked up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-We ask all of our guests to be mindful of neighbors, so we do not allow any parties and we request that you help us keep noise down after 10pm.
-Please feel free to use the yard, but make sure to pick up/clean up, as well as arranging the patio furniture in the same position as before.
-Every time you leave the home, make sure everything is off (lights, TV s, AC, etc). Same as when you checkout, all appliances/lights need to be off.

The host was wonderful to work with—communication was clear, timely, and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, which made arrival stress-free. This house was perfect for our family vacation. Nothing fancy but functional and well stocked. The backyard was super great. Our kids could play while we cooked dinner. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to San Diego attractions.

Nice space with clean areas. The bed sheets and pillow cases had dog hair. Not a lot but enough to make you notice and we had to clean it off. The bed matresses are horrible. They are old spring matresses with indented spots. It gave everyone of us back pain. The couch in the living space should be thrown out. Its so bad, it sinks in and has no more cushion to it. When you sit, the front part of the couch is higher than the cushions. We had no comfortable space to lounge and enjoy each other. The bathrooms are very small and showers are super tight. Could use more towels and a laundry basket would of been nice. A lot of amenities that fell short and needs attention.

Chula Vista is a very centric spot in San Diego, being very close to Mexico, Downtown San Diego, the airport as well as other areas such as Balboa and Mission Bay.

What makes this property unique

Our home is located walking distance to the Chula Vista Mall (restaurants and movie theaters), as well as the Chula Vista Marina and H street trolley station, and the newly opened Gaylord Resort! Also, the home is located just next to the I5 freeway making travel very convenient.
