The location was incredibly easy to walk to the beach with a cross walk just across from the property and the host was very helpful and accommodating from the minute we booked. Additionally it was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever visited - we knew to pack all of the usually forgotten items but it was very nice to see a couple dishwasher and laundry pods for use.

I've stayed in Panama City Beach many times, but I have never had a more pleasant place to stay than here. The place was immaculate! Everything you could possibly need is there. When I had a question, the host answered immediately. The location was perfect... right in the middle of everything yet peacefully quiet. I highly recommend it!

This was the perfect place for my small family and fur babies. The home was very clean and smelled good. I love how the home had been renovated with attention to detail. You can see the beach and it’s a very short walk. You just cross through a parking lot and right across the street is the public beach access walkway, right next to the Beachcomber hotel. A very cute spot and great for a beach vacation with your pets too!

Our stay here was a wonderful experience with our pup. Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. Nice neighborhood that was close to lots of fun activities. The dog beach is only a few minutes away.

This was just as described, 400ft from the beach, located at the beginning of the strip, Nothing is far from this property in Panama City Beach. The manager was very polite and helpful. I will definitely be booking this property again. A complete Gem of a find...!!!!

First beach vacation

We absolutely loved the beach house stay and the fact it was right across the street from beach access, and they also allowed our pups to go so our whole family got to enjoy our first vacation, if we decide to travel from Indiana to Florida again we will definitely be booking here!!

Perfect place to stay

This is our second time staying at this location. We stayed in both of their units. Both of the units were very nice and it is in super close proximity to the beach. The owners are so kind! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Beyond clean , great location, dog friendly has a good open area to let them use the restroom. Within walking distance of everything you need. Beach access right across the way, dog beach less than a mile away ! The host was more than willing to be helpful with anything that is needed !
