Exciting PIER PARK is less than a mile away and has something for everyone with excellent dining, night life & shopping. Occasionally see fireworks displays from deck & balconies...and sea gulls/pelicans and Dolphins playing in our "backyard". Winn Dixie, CVS, popular neighborhood pubs & great eateries are a short walking distance away...so you won't have to spend valuable vacation time tied up in Stop & Go traffic or waiting on elevators!
Enjoy a very spacious vacation unit with open living/dining area; so room for everyone to relax and unwind...Not a cramped up Condo.
The well-stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. A gas grill is also provided.
A half bath and laundry room with washer/dryer is on the main floor. Upstairs has two bedrooms, each with a connecting private bath. Listen to "beach music" in the spacious gulf front master that has a super-comfortable King bed, with Premium Luxe mattress/soft sheets & HD TV.
The second bedroom also has same high-end Queen mattress/bed & HD TV.
Sugar Sandy Beach is only steps away from our large beachside deck which has a Latched-Gate for added safety (kids & doggies)! Your four-legged family member is welcome to join you...given house broken, well-behaved, and well-groomed!!!
Our Housekeepers are Second-to-None who actually Clean Corners, not Cut them!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave dishes clean by either washing or running dishwasher
Do not feed any stray beach cats or with be overwhelmed by numbers hanging around deck
Be sure water hose on balcony is not left running
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NOISE shall be kept to a minimum 10PM-10 AM. Do not BLOCK TRASH CAN on MONDAY and THURDSDAY NIGHTS as garbage pickup is next morning! Read Rules-Fridg
No SMOKING inside. Outside smoking OK on deck or balconies with Doors Closed. PARK within designated lined spaces to avoid conflicts with neighbors.!
Upon Checkout, Pls take TRASH out, leave DISHES clean or run DISHWASHER, and leave used TOWELS/WASH CLOTHS in bathtub(s). Turn lights off and lock up!

The location is what makes this property. It was perfect for our family of 3 and pups. We enjoyed walking everywhere and the direct access to the beach. Host communicated great and although we didn’t cook the kitchen seemed stocked with all you need to do so. Overall great experience.

Out of all my years of vacationing at the beach I must say that this was one of the absolute best places I have ever stayed! I felt “at home” from the moment I walked in. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. Although I never met the owners in person, I feel like we would great friends. :) So nice, great communicators, easy to talk to and work with. Clean, close to everything. Cozy, & cute beach decor. Best sleeping bed ever-wish I could take it home. No issues with anything. Good Host & good communication. Convenient to shopping, recreation and dining; in which many are within walking distance, so you don't have to waste your precious vacation time tied up in beach-traffic; e.g., World famous McQuires Pub only 2 walking blocks away---great food and ambiance.
Additionally, you park directly in front of our unit so don't have to deal with the hassle of the high-rise buildings, limited distant parking, waiting on elevators, high in the sky views, etc. Roomy square feet so not cramped during your stay.
