We had a great stay durning QuiltCon. It was easy to get into downtown Raleigh and it was relaxing to come back to a quiet relaxed location after the hectic convention. Everything was squeaky clean and we all said we would come back again to this house when we need to be in the Raleigh area. The amenities included everything we needed and the beds were VERY comfortable. PERFECT location off the main roads—we had no trouble finding the house. Nice neighborhood; we felt safe and cozy which is important for women traveling alone.

We had problems getting in because the owner had changed the lock code but not updated the website. It took about 45 minutes to get it squared away.The ceiling fans did not work. One needed a new battery for the remote - the living room just.... didn't.Then the AC crapped out when was when we really wished for the fans. But she refunded us 80 so....It also took about three weeks to get the security deposit back - it only took about 2 minutes to debit it! But it was a good location for our needs.

We so enjoyed our stay at your lovely place. We would like to suggest blinds or thicker curtains for the windows, and bigger coffee pot....but other than that...it was absolutely perfect!

Wonderful place.

The house was very nice I would stay there again and recommend to friends. The only think is we were all over 70 and a bar in the bathroom would be great for showering. Once again it was very nice.
