Cozy cabin retreat close to kayaking and hiking trails.
The fully furnished log cabin will sleep 5 to 6 adults comfortably with one queen and three twin beds. Additional amenities include: full refrigerator, new stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer/dryer and small TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs with shower and bath tub.
The cabin is on a working ranch surrounded by woods and pastures with food plots and wildlife ponds. It is a great place for 4-wheeling. We are very near 2 rivers which are great for kayaking.
The cabin was built in 2009 with local timber. It has an open floor plan with a full bathroom. The kitchen has a new stove and full sized refrigerator. The furnishings, beds, and bedding are all new. The cabin has a private drive, parking space, and a nice outdoor fire pit. It sits on a hillside surrounded by forest land. Also the cabin is a great place for a romantic getaway or a break from the fast pace of the city.
The cabin, lawn, and fire pit are yours to enjoy during your stay. The 800 acres around the cabin is a working cattle ranch which can be accessed with additional arrangements.
There are a couple of great restaurant/bars in the neighboring area. Of course you may bring food to prepare at the cabin. The cabin has a coffee pot.

Great stay! Had all basic necessities and was accommodating for our needs. Only had 2 things to be fixed but otherwise great stay. We will be back in the future, thanks!

It was very nice and clean. Definitely stay again!
My wife enjoyed staying at this getaway retreat. The home was fully furnished, very clean and very quiet. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Thank you for the positive review. We genuinely hope you had a great, relaxing stay. We would be grateful to host you in the future.
Cabin was great and literally had nearly anything we could need. At ZERO fault of the owners, we were caught in flash flooding and unable to leave but we made the best of it. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!!
Stayed with family for a few days fishing and was a short 10 minute drive to Rockbridge Trout Ranch. Secluded and had all basic amenities needed for the short stay.
The landscape is lovely and farms are next door. The cabin is cozy, comfortable, solid, and quiet. It was perfect for 3 adults and visitors to relax and spend time together. In warmer weather the firepit and back yard would be fun! Short drive to dining at Rainbow Trout resort and Gainesville.
Well off the beaten path, in a very secluded location. Very comfortable with all amenities you would need. We had a very pleasant stay. Would recommend this for a very private time. The area is a very beautiful and scenic location in Missouri.
This property is very clean an well taken care of. Its got pretty much everything you are going to need. The beds are very comfortable. The shower gets hot enough, and is clean. Definitely a repeat place for us too stay.
Sapphire Heaven is a very relaxing mountain cabin with well apportioned high-end kitchen and bath amenities. The unique specialites were much appreciated. These included the outdoor fireplaces with firewood, screened porch, and outdoor spa area. We were on a mission to provide our grandson some time to rest and re-charge between a very busy senior year and an even busier summer and fall. Sapphire Heaven was a big hit with him. He loved everything about the rustic vibe and decor of the home and the quiet setting. Then there is the VIEW. Must use panoramic setting on your camera to get the entire rolling mountain view. The sunrises and full moon were spectacular. This luxury mountain cabin has a heart-warming story and the owners are extremely responsive and gracious. We are grateful to them for sharing their home with us!
Overall the place has my overwhelming approval. A few SMALL complaints. The internet was very slow in the evenings. The TV didnt work. They had a bunch of DVDs you could watch but no DVD player. The only other downside was no curtains on any of the windows so anyone outside could see in at night. All those are small things. We spent almost all the time fishing at Rockbridge so we were just there to sleep and shower. The cabin provided everything we needed and much more than the expensive little motel rooms offered by Rockbridge. I would totally stay here again.
