HIDDEN GEM BEACH HOME offers comfort and leisure for everyone. The main-floor family room features a selection of books, games, and puzzles and a sofa that converts to a full-size bed when needed. The kitchen is outfitted with major appliances, utensils, and glassware. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with seating for 2 more at the bar.

The main-floor Bedroom#1 opens to a secluded screened porch overlooking the pool, furnished with 4 chairs and side tables—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Adjacent to this room is a full bathroom with a toilet grab bar (perfect for grandparents) and the laundry area.

Upstairs Bedroom #2 features a queen bed & an attached Bonus Room with an additional queen bed.

Upstairs Bedroom #3 offers a private balcony with rocking chairs, ideal for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. All bedrooms include dressers, fans, luggage racks and closets with hangers & luxurious 1200-count Egyptian cotton linens.

5 Smart TVs allow you to log in and stream your favorite shows..

For your stay, we include a starter supply of essentials: dishwasher pods, 5 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 mini soaps per bathroom and a laundry detergent pod. We ensure 1/2 tank of propane per week. We kindly ask that you bring bags for your dog’s waste.
These items are provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival. If your group is larger or you anticipate needing additional supplies, we kindly recommend bringing extras to ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.

We can’t wait to welcome you to HIDDEN GEM BEACH HOME—kick back, soak it all in, and make memories that last a lifetime. Please note a signed hot tub and pool release of liability waiver are required before door code is provided. Dogs breeds at the discretion of the owner. Pet fee is $160 for the week and covers up to 2 dogs 40lbs or less. We have parking spaces for 2 cars & a golf cart only. 4 outdoor cameras face the driveway, pool equipment on side yard and entry door. No Smoking or Vaping on premises.

Hidden gem is perfect!

Kate was fantastic from the start. Everything was communicated clearly and prompt. The house was beautiful and she even left a little care package welcoming us. The pool area is perfect and the home was clean and worked perfectly for our family of 4 and 2 fur babies. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf. The location was perfect. Kate could not have been nicer. We will definitely return to this hidden gem.

had a wonderful time on our vacation. Weather was chilly but we still enjoyed our outings to the beach. Our vacation spot had a hot tub and outdoor pool. They were fun and relaxing. Had an outdoor kitchen that we used. Couple items that we had in our stay that I notified our host about that she can loom into. Kate was fantastic in anything we needed and tried her best to figure out tv. but we had great time and probably will return if we go back again

This Hidden Gem has everything you need. Love the extra touches such as laundry soap, dish soap, power towels, beach towels, beach/pool toys. Very clean. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Kate is awesome and responds quickly to all messages. She even updated us with pictures before our trip. The walk to the beach is 5 min. Cute place

House is cute, good distance from the beach and attractions. We were disappointed in the cleanliness that the cleaning crew left the property before we arrived. We traveled a 9+ hour distance with our parents and children ages ranged 3-73. It was not pleasant that we ended up cleaning the floors, bathrooms and one bedrooms sheets because they were not clean upon arrival. Kate was apologetic about the condition, not her fault, but the cleaning company couldn’t come back till Tuesday. We ended up cleaning things up ourselves because we didn’t want to live in other renters dirt, hair, and sand for three days of the vacation especially with small kids. Really ashame for what the owners are paying for that service. We were refunded a portion of the cleaning fee, but the fact that we had to start a vacation off by cleaning was unacceptable and honestly we felt that the refund provided should have been more due to this. Also worth noting, there are security cameras on the outside of the property which made us feel like our every move was being watched as we received messages from the host about various things like how we parked a rented golf cart and even questioning the amount of people staying with us. They should consider hiring a property manager to handle things for them and put their mind at ease on the renters they’ve contracted with.

Hi Jaime, we LOVE our location & proximity to the beach as well & are happy you took advantage of the private saltwater pool during the July 4 weekend. We honored your request to arrive early on the busiest travel weekend, but regrettably the maids did not uphold our standards. We discussed this with our cleaning company & they have assigned new people. We refunded you half of the cleaning fee & offered to have the crew back for a complimentary clean. We did not hear about the bathroom or the sheets until after you flattened our neighbors plants with your golf cart. (We did not charge you for the new plants, but we replaced them). We inquired about the number of people in your party because you parked 3 cars in the driveway, which is against house rules. Our security cameras are noted in Vrbo. They monitor the driveway & entry doors for guests safety. With over 65 bookings we’ve maintained a 4.98 rating. We appreciate your understanding and are glad that you enjoyed your stay.

Was told by host that we could check in at two upon arrival cleaning people were there said we couldn’t check in until four, poor communication. Kitchen was infested with ants and water dispenser on the refrigerator was moldy. Went to get pots and pans saw deteriorating wood under the cabinets, very dirty and moldy. also found mouse traps and a dirty toothbrush,my 18 month old grandson opened the cabinet with the mouse traps. Closet door upstairs bedroom fell on my son-in-law. On our fourth day found a cockroach. Upstairs bathroom had mold in the shower,,broken drawers on bedroom furniture. Talked to the host she was to inspect house. She didn’t get back to us until three days after we got home, she responded on VRBO accusing us of planting the mouse traps and dirty toothbrush. Is now accusing us of breaking hot tub cover, which we never used and wants to charge us for repairing the door that fell on my son-in-law,, all in retaliation for our concerns, and requesting a partial refund due to the unsanitary conditions . VRBO customer service said we cannot post pictures. We sent pictures to the host of our findings. With no response
