Overall, property and related service were excellent, BUTbeware of draconian and extortionist actions of the the town.Towards the end of our stay, we put garbage can to the curb for easier collection, but end up receiving sanitation summons, with vague and difficult to read "violation" and a penalty find in the amount of 150.00 This egregious fine spoiled our experience of staying in that town. And just to mention, we enjoyed vacationing on LBI for many, many years. But this strong-arm revenue generation is a warning sign, which we consider penny wise but dollar foolish. Beware!!!!
The labeling of items and outlets and switches was very much appreciated. I didn’t realize there were so many steps to the second floor, which was very difficult for my 82 year old husband. The mattresses in the front 2 bedrooms are in need of replacement. The carpet is curling up.The location was good with restaurants and shops nearby. Furnishings were nice with plenty of pots, pans ,dishes, etc. nice washer and dryer. Beach badges A Plus.
