Welcome to 108 West Hobart Ave in the exclusive Landings in Beach Haven Crest. This lovingly maintained four bedroom two and a half bathroom is located on one of the prettiest blocks on the Island. The bay views and the general appearance of the neighborhood are outstanding. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor resulting in the great room on the second floor being a wonderful place to entertain family and friends. There are generous decks providing more than enough space to enjoy the wonderful bay breezes. 10 beach badges are provided. Wireless interent. Gas grill and deck furniture. Parking for 6 cars. Outside shower!
