The open floor plan features hardwood floors throughout with a relaxed living area and an updated kitchen- dining area, with stainless appliances and granite counters.
Enjoy your morning coffee with bay views from the spacious front deck that has dining for 4, and Adirondack chairs. A lovely quiet street is great for sunset strolls and bicycle rides. Free access to the bay beach, tennis, and basketball courts 1/2 block away. 4 beach badges included. Tenants are asked to bring sheets. Pillows and blankets are provided.
