About this property

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo located on the beach with our own heated pool

Our beautiful decorated condo is located on the beach in the heart of Beach Haven. The condo development is located at 20 Pearl Street and consists of 17 units. Each unit is located side by side surrounding our heated pool. The common pool deck and patios are equipped with pool/patio chairs ,tables and umbrellas. The development is completely fenced in and we have our own private entrance to the beach with an outside hose area to rinse off when you leave the beach. Our beach has a lifeguard station and a new Gazebo. Each unit has its own private parking space. Our condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions including but not limited to Engleside, Sea Shell ,Marlin ,Buckalaws , The Chicken and The Egg,Uncle Willies,Ice Cream parlors ,Murphy's Super Market, Fantasy Island, Bay fishing and more.
Our condo is unit #1 and has 2 levels. The 1st level has a nice entrance way ,Master Bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen tv , sitting area for putting on make up or reading ,a closet and a separate entrance to the bathroom. Also on the first floor is a great Bunk Room area with twin bunk beds with drawers and a small flat screen tv . The renovated bathroom is also located on the 1st floor which is accessible from the hall or master bedroom. The hall closet has a full size stackable washer /dryer .
The second floor has a living room area with amazing beach views and a large flat screen tv on the wall , a dining area and a coastal Kitchen area with Granite tops and Stainless appliances. The second floor also has a 6 ft sliding door with a great deck that has a ocean view. Condo is equipped with Wifi and a Smart tv. ! We will supply 4 beach chairs, ,1 beach umbrella,4 beach badges and 4 pool passes for you outside beach/pool day needs. Our unit will also be equipped with all linens ,sheets, towels ect. for your sleeping and bathing needs. We are owner operated .
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I was very comfortable at this property and I loved the location. The property was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the two TV'S was great. The parking space was clise and convenient. The location was within walking distance to stores and restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Great spot!

The location is fantastic! It's easy to see the ocean in the distance from the terrace. You can hear the crashing waves on the sand. Overall, it was a comfortable, pleasant stay for my husband and I to get away for a bit. We'll be back another time.

Perfect Spot!

My husband and I stayed at Ronnie's place to celebrate our anniversary, We've stayed many places in Beach Haven over the course of the years. The place was clean, location was great, it had everything we needed and best of all it had a view which we appreciated the most. The weather wasn't great but to just sit (we arranged the chairs to face the ocean) and enjoyed the view to the fullest. It was a much needed relaxing weekend!

This home was the loveliest place from the moment we walked inn

Charming and homey to say the least!!! The bed was the most comfortable and the sheets and bedding were top notch. To have everything there including towels, toiletries to extra blankets and a full sized laundry was amazing. Walking upstairs my eyes didn’t know where to look, decorated to my liking in my own home so again feeling just like home. Everything including the dining chairs could not be more comfortable. The view was pretty from the balcony. I will 100% be staying at the property next year again.

Location, Location, Location!

This Beach Haven property is located in the heart of LBI. Everything you’d want is within walking distance-charming stores, top notch restaurants and most importantly, the beach! The interaction I had with the owner was informative and he made the check in process very easy. He was kind, engaging and full of ideas for dining and other activities. The condo was decorated beautifully with a beach motif, and the kitchen was equipt with everything needed to cook a great meal. There were flat screen TV’s in all of the major rooms and bedrooms. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Beach Haven, you can’t go wrong with this property!

Oceanside comfort

Condo was immaculate, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. Just steps from the beach and you can see the ocean past the dunes from the back porch. People in neighboring condos were nice. Pool was refreshing.

Took a last minute off season quick trip for my husband's work and this condo had everything we needed. Conveniently located, exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. LBI is beautiful!

We had a great time! The condo is cute and well equipped. The location is perfect, you can see the ocean from the balcony and the beautiful beach is just over the sand dune. The owner is friendly and responsive. This was one of our best experiences using VRBO.

We have been coming to the Pearl St Beach for years and when the opportunity to purchase a condo in The Sans of beach Haven arrived , we couldn't have been happier. We feel this is the BEST location in Beach Haven. We totally renovated our condo and it was completed in April,2015. We strive on making our guests come back each year and feel they will be nothing but totally satisfied with their stay!
