Ocean block in Ship Bottom: 3 bedroom 2 bath condo tastefully decorated. Designed and Built by Michael Pagnotta with high end finishes through out the unit.. Quiet condo building just a few houses from the beach and only 4 units total in the building.. There is a common elevator and each unit has its own private entrance as well as an outdoor shower storage shed and root top deck with views of the Ocean & bay.. This SOUTHWEST unit is 1,400 sq ft and features: wide plank hardwood floors throughout, top of the line appliance package, Quartz countertops, high ceilings, gas fireplace full size washer & dryer and large closests in each of the three bedrooms Rooftop deck has 4 chairs & table., the front deck has 2 Adirondack chairs and table and a gas grill. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use.. Shows like new.
