Relax on the deck of this 2nd floor oceanside duplex just steps from the beach.

This duplex is the perfect vacation home away from home for families. Each floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, and comfortably sleeps 6 people. It is located just 5 houses from the beach, which makes for quick trips back and forth during your stay.

Choose between two sun decks to take in the summer sun when not headed to nearby Beach Haven shops and restaurants. This well-kept house has everything you could need for your stay, including central heating and air conditioning, WiFi and cable, streaming-able TVs, washer and dryer, dishwasher and ceiling fans, plus an outdoor shower, dining set and gas grill in the fenced-in yard. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, table and cookware. Just bring your own bed linens (sheets and blankets) and towels, and you are all set!

Rental period is Saturday 2:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am during the summer season, but weekend and partial rental weeks are available pre and post-season.

We had a great time at the house despite hurricane Erin and the bad weather she brought. We got a few good days of sun though. The house was in a great location and close to the beach. We loved to sit out on the balcony and people watch. The house had everything we needed. Barbra was an excellent owner and checked in on us to see how we were doing. Hope to come back again! This was my second time renting this property and will hopefully not be the last! Barbra is very friendly and accommodating. The house is kept in great condition and was very clean. You really cannot beat the location to the beach and it is a 10-15 min walk to great shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay

This was our second time staying at this home. It has everything you need in the kitchen and comfortable beds for 6. The nearness of the beach is wonderful. The hosts have been great. Hope to do it again next year!

Great getaway

We had an amazing stay. Barbra was great to work with and super accommodating. It was a perfect location for us; We were a short walk to the beach, little stroll to Bay Village and near a bunch of restaurants and shops. We ended up renting bikes and it was an easy (and fun) bike ride down Atlantic to everything we wanted to do.
