Enjoy overlooking gorgeous yachts in the Shelter Harbor Marina and unobstructed sunsets from balcony. Just a short walk to beach and steps to Bay Village and restaurants. Elevator to the 2nd floor entrance. Washer/Dryer in condo for your use. Need a boat slip, no problem - they’re also available at Shelter Harbor Marina.
