Owner offers 8 Beach passes, 6 beach chairs ,Beach umbrella, 5 parking spaces, 5 TV s, gas grill and a cozy fenced yard with lounge chairs . Pillows provided but not blankets GARAGE NOT PART OF RENTAL No smoking NO pets permitted. .
