Private Outdoor Shower + Private Washer + Dryer for Second Floor Tenants exclusively and inside the Rental. 6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED!! 6 Beach Chairs included. 1 TV in the Main Living Room + another TV in the Master. Deck for People Watching. 2 Off-street parking spots. Blender for frozen drinks and smoothies. Grab your Beach Chair and walk half a block to the Ocean!! Lobster pot included!!
