Available from Crozet Restorations or Shawn at Stevens&co, includes all utilities, trash, wifi. Two large common areas, study, large deck with grill, one-floor living primary suite. Dog ok, fenced yard all yours.

First floor is open space kitchen living dining, mud/laundry room entrance, primary bedroom suite, study, glass wall to deck. Second floor is three bedroom, one bath, one common/family room. Color-saturated kitchen with butcher block, Hollywood Regency lighting, white oak broad board flooring throughout.
Guest access:
Whole lot is private to your family.

1st-floor living, but steps at both entrances; please flush only TP and waste in toilets; park at back of driveway; extinguish any unused lights at night.
