Only steps from Downtown Crozet, 3 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville. Hiking, SUP, biking nearby. Pet-friendly with prior approval. FULL BATH: Centrally located between the bedrooms with new white vanity, new light fixture, new toilet, new tiled surround for tub/shower. Freshly painted.

BEDROOM: This bedroom with hardwood floors features a queen bed with side table and lamp. There is a dresser and closet.

We are local realtors with our own boutique real estate agency, Stevens & Company. While we have been realtors for quite a while, more than 20 years, Stevens & Company has been in business since 1938. We are happy to be continuing the family business.

We have five short term rental properties in the Crozet area - High Street Cottage, Mountain Suite, Train Suite, Carter Street and Sugar Hollow Outpost. We have several other rental properties in the Crozet area.

We live just outside of Crozet in the Sugar Hollow area of Albemarle County. We live on the Moormans River and love it! Hiking, biking, fishing and more are just outside our front door.

We have four mostly grown children and two dogs (Henry and Lucy) and two kitties (Chester and Lizzie).
