We offer 6 comfortable bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms (one being outdoors by the lake), 2 living rooms, a movie theater, popcorn machine, 2 full indoor kitchens, a wet bar, a gourmet outdoor kitchen, fire pit for 16 people, ping pong and pool tables, a game table, washer and dryer, a 3 stand up paddle boards, a Jr kayak, and the list goes on. All bedrooms and living rooms face the lake and you can watch the most beautiful sunrise and moonrise from the two oversized porches or if you prefer, from the comfort of your bedroom. We are located less than a minute away from one of the lake marinas. There you can rent boats and/or fuel your water toys.

There are plenty of places, waterfalls and trails to go biking, hiking, horseback riding, etc. We are only minutes away from several state and county parks, 15-20 from Clemson University, 45min away from Greenville, 1h from Asheville, 50min from Sapphire Valley ski resort. There are also zip line places and other tourist attractions not too far from this property. But honestly, all you really need is this gorgeous lake!
