You'll find three bedrooms throughout this home. The master is on its own side of the house, with a king bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the other end of the home, each with a queen bed & shared bathroom.

Each of the two bathrooms has been completely renovated. The master ensuite has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second bathroom on the other end of the home has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials (soaps, shampoo/conditioner, body wash) and lots of linens.

The modern kitchen is bright and opens up to the rest of the main living spaces, equipped with new, stainless steel appliances, ample space, and a coffee station (Keurig & coffee pods included).

Right next to the kitchen is the dining room, with seating to accommodate 8 comfortably right below a fun, beachy mural!

You'll be greeted with the living room when you walk in the home, which is filled with a comfy couch, smart TV, and vibrant design to the the whole vibe of the home together!

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
