The house was clean and cute with a very nice master bedroom. I would suggest that an additional air conditioner unit to cool the upstairs floor. It got terribly hot up there.But overall, we had a most enjoyable visit to Cape Cod.

Fantastic Mashpee Stay!

We had an amazing time for a long weekend in September. The house was perfect, everything was incredibly clean and organized, communication was clear. Beautiful neighborhood, convenient. Couldn’t recommend this home more!

This house was the perfect size for our party of 6. I slept upstairs with my daughters (ages 11 and 5) in the two connecting bedrooms. My son and his friend (both 14) enjoyed having their own rooms downstairs and my friend took the first floor master (a great option for anyone that struggles with stairs). The house was very clean and well stocked to make the stay comfortable. AC was a bonus! There were puzzles, children’s books, sand toys, boogie boards, a fire pit, etc. Communication was great and check-in/out was super easy. The house was close enough to walk to the market place and beach. Beautiful area to stay. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in the saltbox home. It was just right for the size of our 6 person family and dog. Plenty of room and bathrooms. The hosts were great and responsive. The house is great for family gatherings. Some of the spaces are a bit tight so would not be great for super tall or hefty individuals, but it can be worked around. With great location close to beaches and town center, I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a cape getaway.

Maison idéale pour une famille avec enfants

Idéalement située, environnement paisible, bien aménagé et lits confortables. Propreté des lieux à l’arrivée un peu décevante. Fournitures de cuisine manquantes ( ex: bouilloires, petites casseroles, linges à vaisselles, verres à vin en verre etc…) Promptitude à répondre du propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette maison de vacances.
