Clean and welcoming with plenty of space and ease of use. Went in winter when things were a bit slower but it was perfect for our getaway. A great place for the family to unwind.

Fantastic House/Location/Host - Highly Recommend!

Vacation over Thanksgiving with grandparents. House was exceptional for our needs, loaded with amenities (game room/hot tub), many places to walk/drive nearby (Mashpee Commons, etc), Host was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend staying here anytime of the year!

Great visit to the Cape!

Awesome house with every amenity we could think of. We've been going to cape cod every summer for the last 20 years and I think this has been the nicest house we have stayed in. Pool and hot tub worked well and were nice addition to our stay. Beds were comfortable and the lay out of the house was perfect for our group

Perfect family vacation property!

Incredible house with everything a family would need for vacation including a great backyard (with pool + hot tub), bright and airy living area, modern kitchen, pool table in the basement and bikes in the garage. This is our 2nd stay at this home and we continue to be impressed. Owner is great to communicate with and provides an area guide. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great house - close to everything!

House was perfect. Super clean. Hot tub was really clean too which they usually are not kept up as well as this one. Location for us was great as we visited Newport, Provincetown, Nantucket and a few other locations. Was in the center of all of these. Community was really nice and safe! Highly recommended if you have a family vacation in mind.

Fantastic layout for a group of 8 or 10, with all the amenities for a wonderful stay! We were here for three nights over the NYE weekend, and had a great time. Tory was very responsive to any questions we had while there!

Great place to stay on the Cape

The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. It was a real home from home. It was lovely to have the pool and beaches are close by also. It is also close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for a holiday on Cape Cod. Thanks Tory for the use of your lovely house, we had a brilliant time!

Wonderful week on Cape Cod

This New Seabury home had everything we were looking for: good location, backyard pool, generous space inside, good amenities, and a responsive owner. It provided an excellent base for visits to nearby South Beach and Falmouth's Old Silver Beach. The kitchen inside and the grill outside served us well when we ate in. This house will be top of our list for our 2025 plans.

Much Fun, Great Accommodations

We had a great week at this New Seabury home! The house was immaculate, as were the pool and hot tub. When we weren’t at the beach, clamming or biking, there was no shortage of fun at this house! This ‘Quarantine vacation’ is full of great memories; you won’t be disappointed!! The host was also super helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Christmas Holiday

We stayed for a week over the Christmas holidays. The house easily accommodated our group of eight people and one dog. We enjoyed the easy walk to the National Wildlife Refuge and a quick drive for winter beach walks. We enjoyed spending time with a roaring fire and a few dips in the hot tub. Tori was very responsive to the couple of issues that arose.

Outstanding weekend on the Cape

A bit thank you to Tory for her beautiful, clean, and well appointed house on Cape Cod. Having master bedrooms on each floor was a real plus. The house was fully stocked for our Thanksgiving cooking needs and we loved the large great room on the first floor. The smaller rooms, and the office, were both appreciated. And having an enclosed back yard was a bonus. (Too bad the pool and hot tub were not on the late November list of things to do.)

Awesome first VRBO stay

The property had everything we needed and then some! Beautiful neighborhood, close to beaches, so many cape areas to easily explore from here. We went seal watching, made it over to Martha’s Vineyard, explored Falmouth and Woods Hole. Every day brought something different - The host was extremely responsive and able to handle all our questions remotely. Having never rented via VRBO, this was an amazing experience for us and our friends and family. We will be back! G

Wonderful Cape Cod vacation stay

We could not have been happier with our New Seabury rental experience. The property was very clean, comfortable, well furnished and equipped. Nice level of privacy with comfortable seating and grill adjacent to private well-maintained pool and backyard. Plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities with helpful owner Tory making available everything from bikes to kayaks, fishing rods and beach hairs snd cooler. Tory is a top-notch and very responsive owner/host. Less than s mile to South Cape Beach and short drive to restaurants and shopping.

I am a 37 year old real estate development professional. I am married with two young daughters and one dog. I studied finance at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and have traveled all over the world. I love skiing, fishing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

My grandparents have lived in New Seabury since I was a baby, so I have been spending my summers in this area as long as I can remember. My father purchased our home in 2002 and passed it on to me in 2019. I have decided to open up our home to others and we are excited to share this special place with you!

What makes this property unique

I love this home because of all the fun activities to do here. You can go to the beach or just hang out by the pool. You can ride bikes to the marketplace or down to Waquoit Bay to rake clams. In the evenings you can relax in the hot tub and grill food on the deck. Later in the evenings the basement is a great place to play pool and darts while the kids are asleep.
