Why Geoff chose Twin Palms
I have been visiting Palm Springs for almost 30 years so decided to purchase this bright and airy, south facing suite on the SECOND LEVEL. The suite has all the comforts of home. The large semi-private patio outside the patio door is a wonderful place to have breakfast and coffee in the morning, or a delightful dinner in the evening. As I sometimes stay here as well, my expectations for the complex are high, and I strive to offer you everything you come to expect. The large, heated champagne cork-shaped pool is nearby, and is a great place to meet friends by day, then relax in one of the two hot tubs late into the evening.
What makes this condo unique
This QUIET, SOUTH FACING, bright and airy suite is air conditioned, on the second level AWAY FROM THE STREET! It is fully furnished, with a fully supplied kitchen with a dishwasher, and a dining table for four! There is cable TV in the living room and the bedroom. The suite has free internet and unlimited calling in USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, single sink, stacked washer and dryer, supplied with linens, towels and pool towels. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. The patio set is right outside the suite for a sunny morning coffee, or a dinner for four in the evening. The complex has a large pool, two hot tubs, a social room and an exercise room. There are books and puzzles in a small library for your use as well.
