Everything we could ask for in a stay near Acadia. Right on the water, we saw plenty of wildlife and took the kayaks out often. Plenty of space for the 7 people we had along on the trip. Great stay and friendly hosts!

The place was super clean and location was spot on. The view of the bay is breathtaking. You won’t be disappointed!! This place is beautiful and peaceful! Also met the owner of the property. He was a true gentleman and gave great tips on places to visit. My family will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Philip's place! The house was clean, right on the waterfront, and exactly as advertised. Our adult children had a great time rafting on the bay, and one of our favorite moments was watching the beautiful sunrise over the bay, for which you will need to walk about 50 yards along the beach to the boulder to the left side. Note the duel bunk beds are in a small room, essentially inside the 2nd floor master bedroom. Philip was a wonderful host—he even helped us get a campfire going and brought us extra firewood, which made the evening even more enjoyable. We really appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing waterfront location, with plenty of room for kids to run around, yet away from the crowds of Bar Harbor, but close enough to enjoy MDI without a long trek. Home is a cute and clean duplex, stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Note the bunk room is only accessible through another bedroom. Hosts are very welcoming, yet unobtrusive, and Phil even brought over some of his fresh caught and cooked lobster! Would stay here again.

Great stay in Trenton

We loved our stay and the property was perfect for our needs. Everything was as advertised and we had no problems. Its a truly beautiful property on the water with kayaks and fire pit. We could have stayed on the property all day and enjoyed ourselves. Location is in a quiet setting but close enough to Acadia and Bar Harbor to be convenient for multiple trips each day if necessary. We would stay again for sure. Definitely recommend highly.

Great to be in Maine

This place has a fantastic view! There is a huge yard right on the water with relaxing chairs. The patio has a picnic table and a great grill. The owners lived next door and had chickens and gave us a dozen really fresh eggs. The inside was clean and comfortable. New appliances and whatever you could possibly need. There were kayaking boats, oars and vests that the 19!year olds used. It was so much fun!

The owner lives in a house on the property and greeted us upon arrival. He was very attentive and even ran out to buy a coffee maker for us when he realized there wasn't one in the house. The house is on the water, and we were lucky enough to arrive in time to watch the strawberry moon rise. My kids loved collecting shells and rocks and building a fire.
