This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom canal front, pool home is ideally located in Crystal River and is within minutes of everything "Nature Coast" has to offer. You can take the provided kayaks right out on the private dock, sit at the private beach enjoying the hammock and fire pit, take in the spectacular sunset overlooking the marsh right from the front porch, or just relax in the pool. This stunning home is the perfect home for your Crystal River vacation. Holland Huis is now pet friendly!!
The upper level has 2 bedrooms with king beds , a large living room, formal dining room and featuring a gourmet kitchen, complete with professional grade Viking appliances, pull out pantry, wine cooler and large island with additional seating. This is truly one of the best "chef's kitchen" on the market!
The lower level is detached from the upstairs unit and has a large room with a queen bed, a double/twin bunk bed and futon, and steps right out to the large, screened in patio.
The covered patio is perfect for entertaining with lots of seating, TV seating area, ping pong table and pool with lounge chairs, it is the perfect space! In the back yard enjoy the private beach, lay in the hammock or sit out around the fire pit. The house has 3 kayaks for you to use or bring your boat to launch right there on the private docks. The canal is just .5 miles from Crystal River and 3 miles out to the Gulf.

Nice area and home

The area was stunning. The house was nice. A mix between vintage and modern, but done tastefully. I enjoyed everything. The pool was a bit chilly in the cooler months so a heater would be a great addition. The master bedroom mattress could be updated. But overall a nice experience.

great family house

the property was amazing! the outside areas are awesome for good family time playing ping pong, basketball and the pool. location for bringing a boat wasn’t ideal for getting to the river with the tides but overall great place and we had an amazing time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great house/pool with water access. I would not recommend to boaters that don't know the area. I was saved by some wonderful neighbors that helped me navigate the very tricky channels out to the gulf. Water is very shallow and I could only come and go at near high tide. Pool was great. Master bathroom door needs repair. We had 2 good days and one bad weather day. Snorkling was fun but the croud was crazy on Saturday and not a lot of scallops. I went on a fishing trip with Hang-um High and we caught a huge number of fish...
