Mark, I was shocked to read your review. I reached out to you directly as I try to make sure all guest have an amazing experience at all my properties. I asked to please let me know what needed TLC & sent you the photos I took of each room before your arrival. You informed me the toilet paper holder broke in one of the bathrooms, I regret I did not see this before your arrival but surely will have it immediately fixed. This was your exact response “Charity , it wasn’t anything major. The toilet paper holder was broken in the bathroom. We really enjoyed ourselves. Our guy that does the majority of the cooking loves your kitchen.” Not sure why you would write such a harsh review on the bedrooms needing TLC as well as the bathrooms for a toilet paper holder needing fixed. Unfortunately the internet speed was not great due to weather. There isn’t much I can do about that until the fiber optics is installed in our neighborhood. They are currently cutting down the under brush and trimming trees as I’m sure you noticed the trucks as you came & left the neighborhood. I am very excited for this to finished so weather doesn’t affect the internet. Again, I apologize for toilet paper holder being broken. Thank you for letting me know. Handyman is on his way over to fix it now.
