LOCATION is everything. Enjoy this centrally-located home. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 King bed and 2 Queen. All beds have TemperPedic mattress. All lines are cotton. Kitchen is fully stack. Stainless steal appliances. Washer and Dryer. 2 Smart TVs . Outdoor has heated pool* lounge chairs and area to relax.
Home is close to Sarasota key Beach, Lido Beach and all best shopping experience.
Guest access
Guess will have entire place.
There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Driveway parking for three vehicles.
1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Host after booking to purchase pool heater for your stay.

Outdoor pool and yard space for kids to play.
Smart TV's available with apps to use with your account (no cable available).
