Welcome to Dune Breeze, located at 1528 Ocean Boulevard!
We have out done ourselves this time with the addition of Dune Breeze 1528 to our rental inventory. One minute to the beach by bike or a 5 minute stroll on foot. You are only 1.5 miles from being in the heart of the pier and village area. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath town home that sleeps 8 is located near the Coast Guard Station and East Beach area of St Simons.
The main living level consists of the kitchen, dining room and living room with a half bath downstairs. This level has an open floor plan where the kitchen, living room and dining room all flow together. The kitchen has a small breakfast table that provides seating for fouor and a beautiful dining room with room for 8! There is plenty of seating for your whole family to enjoy a game night!
Going up to the second floor you will find a master bedroom with a king bed with en-suite with tub/shower combination. You'll love the private deck area off the master. There is also a second bedroom with queen bedding. There is a second full-size bath with tub/shower combination located in the hallway. From this 2nd floor hallway, you can access the newly constructed deck overlooking the marsh and enjoy spectacular sunset views. In addition, the 2nd floor has a full-size washer and dryer at the top of the stairs.
Third floor has a large bedroom with a king-sized bed and a set of twin beds. A third full sized bath with a walk-in shower completes the third floor!
