Newly Renovated!-3 Bed Family-Friendly by Pier and beach Walk / Bike Everywhere!

The second floor condo is newly renovated as of March 2021 that includes all new furniture, flooring, Double Vanity in the master bath and new vanity in the hall bath. Each bedroom has it's own television with either cable or smart tv capabilities.

Harbor Oaks is a gated community located in the heart of St Simon's Island. Pier Village, beach access, multiple parks and all sorts of activities are only a short walk away. Enjoy your stay without worrying with parking or traffic.

The Harbor Oaks community itself features am outdoor pool, scenic lagoon, lake, tennis courts, and covered private parking. The condo has an ideal location with a view of the lagoon and pool area from the balcony. Pool access is close but far away enough that pool noise wont be a problem.

The living room features 51 inch TV with cable. The master bedroom and the twin bedroom both feature new LCD TV's as well. The 2nd king bedroom has a smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or other streaming apps.

Wonderful vacation

We absolutely loved the property. Everything was exactly as advertised. The location was close to everything! We could walk wherever we wanted to. The beach is such a quick drive away.

This is our yearly booking!

My family and I LOVE this condo! We book it at least once each year. Location is perfect for walking to the pier, Brogan’s, Half Shell, and Mullett Bay … to name a few. Condo is clean and completely updated. Very near to pool, which is a plus for us.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect townhouse/condo for a week’s vacation in St. Simon Island. It’s walking distance to the main strip and in a quiet community. The listing is as listed, the master bed was very comfortable, the place is very clean and the renovations look great. Feels like home.

Awesome stay!

This place was awesome, and it was just like most of the reviews said very, very clean! My hats off to whom ever does the cleaning!! Close to everything. We walked several times a day to the little town to eat and shop and to the pier. Went there to rest & relax and that was just what we did! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Was well supplied with all that you needed. Beautifully decorated. Probably one of the Best places we have ever stayed!

Pretty and comfortable

We stayed with our three kids (10, 8, &. 3). The condo was set up nicely for a family to stay. It was very nicely renovated. It was easy to access and a good location. Only thing I would have liked was a lock on the master bedroom door or bathroom door. It can be hard to get privacy from a toddler without it.

Perfect for a getaway weekend

My family stayed at this property for a wedding weekend. It was just my parents, and my husband and I. Biggest intrigue for us was the two king size beds! Unfortunately that’s not common in this size vrbo.. We absolutely loved it! Beds were comfy. Plenty of space in the apartment to spread out! The apartment itself was better than the pictures! The weather was perfect so we left the doors open (there are screen doors too). That way we could hear both fountains. Such a peaceful aspect of this property! Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful - Great Location

This second-floor condo is beautiful and spacious. The pictures and description are accurate. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the main Pier Village and a short drive to the beach. The only negative I would say is that the check-out asked you to wash towels if you can, but laundry detergent was not provided. There was also only one kitchen trash bag, so we had to purchase these two items in order to comply with check-out requests. Most VRBO owners have extras of such things if they wish renters to deal with them before they leave.

Great stay

We really liked this condo in SSI. The pool is right across from the property and it doesn’t get loud. The beach is a 7 minutes drive (East Beach) You are walking distance from the Pier Village, restaurants and shops. This condo is equipped with everything you need to cook. Bring your own beach towels, chairs and umbrella, and toiletries. I would suggest to the owner leaving more trash bags. As a family that does cook, 2 we’re not enough for a week. Overall, I do recommend this condo, and it’s owner. Thank you for a great vacation and first time in SSI!

great location, tons of room and awesome Pool!

We have been traveling to St. Simon's for 4 years now. We always stay some place different but next year we will try to stay here again! The walk to the shops and restaurants was quick. The pool was literally across a sidewalk. Having the pool so close is a MUST if you have kids. The pool wasn't busy at all and the temp was just right. The condo was really big and tons of room for my family. The community was full of friendly neighbors and it was a gated community, which is also a plus. Beau, the manager, was extremely helpful setting up the reservation and was quick to respond with any questions. The kitchen did have glass plates and glasses. We did have to buy plastic cups, to take to the pool, and some paper plates--so we didn't have to do the dishes all of the time. However, we cook a lot when we vacation. There also wasn't any dish soap or hand soap, except for the hotel bars that were left. Just things to keep in mind to bring if you plan on staying for more then a couple of days. It was a great condo and we will hopefully reserve it again!

This is a terrific property. The bedrooms are all comfortable the living areas are perfect for sitting around and watching movies- all the rooms have TVs if someone wants to watch something else. The kitchen has got all the things you need to cook a nice meal. The fridge makes lots of ice and the dining room is perfect for a family meal. The apartment is located in a very nice development with the pool right across the way. There is covered parking for one vehicle. The beach and main strip of town are very close.

Perfect for our Island Getaway!

We were fortunate to find Katie’s property for the 4th of July. This property is beautiful with island charm, located on the 2nd floor of Harbour Oaks neighborhood. The property has everything you need and has a perfect location for pool days. Communication from the property owner (Katie) was fantastic and she had a quick and easy list of items for checkout. We had a fantastic getaway and hope that we get the opportunity to return.
