Wonderful layout and close to all attractions in Bentonville. We recommend this to everybody. It was our first stay in Bentonville and the lodging here added to the overall positive glow of our visit.

This rental was great, clean and has everything you could need, looks and feels very homey. 15 minute walks to get to downtown bentonville, but Ubers are cheap if you want to skip the walk. Overall a great place

Very nice place. Really loved the updates and decor. It has everything you need for a great weekend. It would be a stretch for 4 adults to stay there, but 2 adults and 2 kids would work well. Very close to downtown, and in cooler months we would have walked.

Prime location for Bentonville Events.

We had a great stay! The place was in a perfect location — close to everything we needed. It felt very welcoming when we arrived and was cutely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the oversized shower. The living and dining area was cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. Highly recommend!

Affordable price for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay! Just the right amount of space for a couple, and I enjoyed being able to walk or bike everywhere! Always an Uber nearby too. Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for our stay

Such a nice space with everything you need! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped to make our stay easy and relaxing. It was also a short driving distance from everything we wanted to see, which made exploring the area so convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Cozy, with class!

We were surprised by the little luxurious touches, like a plentiful supply of Keurig pods, waffle weave bath sheets, and really nice linens. Would definitely love to stay there on our next trip to the Bentonville area!

Great getaway spot!

The property was perfect for our long weekend in the Bentonville/Rogers/Fayetteville area for a U of A graduation. We loved the eclectic decor, and the layout and amenities were great. It's a comfortable, cozy property with downtown Bentonville only a short drive away (which we visited on 3 of our 4 days). We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. My only request would be a full-length mirror--perhaps in the closet. : )

It felt like home

L O V E D this property and the area around it. They have really done an amazing job to include just about anything you could truly need. I adored the glass refrigerated waters. A washer and dryer- the puzzles . The only issue I had was with the WiFi, ( possibly from the storms), thankfully it wasn’t pertinent this time so it was nice to unplug. 10/10 I would happily stay again 💙

Stay at the Benton in Bentonville!

This clean, new apartment was absolutely perfect for our two-night stay in Bentonville. It is at the rear of a 4-plex, so there is no street traffic to speak of, and it backs up to the Thaden School property, so there is nothing built behind it. We ate out at excellent restaurants for every meal, but the kitchen would be perfect if we were going to stay longer and cook for ourselves. It's very close to the historic downtown district, and it's totally walkable or ride-able (even thought there is plenty of public parking). We would definitely return!

Cute and cozy, but needs a new mattress

We loved this cute little place. Had great decor and it was a safe area, and close to downtown. Clean and well kept. Kitchen area had what we needed. The bathroom has poor ventilation, but the shower pressure was great and the water stayed hot. The mattress was our biggest complaint. It was sort of raised up higher near our feet, much like a hospital bed. We didn't sleep well either night. The pillows were also a bit too soft.

Not exactly walkable to the historic area. It's not the distance, which is very bike able, but lack of safe sidewalks to get a few blocks away. 15-20 minute walk is doable but I wouldn't do it at night. Biking yes.

Some suggestions for the owner/manager of the property

The property was clean and fresh, however it needed a few items: tissues, a kitchen wash cloth or sponge to wash dishes, paper napkins, a cutting board, directions regarding the TV as you need to use your own pass codes to access streaming services, and direction on raising and lowering the blinds without causing damage to them. I would suggest a book in the property with relavent information. We enjoyed our visit, hopefully these suggestions will help the next renter's visit!

Concert getaway

Me and my bf stayed in the condo for 2 nights for some concerts we came for. The condo is 7 minutes from the amp 10 with traffic since you can take back roads to get there. Check in and out was super easy and we were even able to check in a little early. The property was pristine! We had everything we needed plus some. The bed was sooo comfortable! Robert was awesome with reaching out to help with things and had some awesome suggestions for food and entertainment. We ate at Table Mesa, Tusk and Trotter and buttered biscuit (all so yummy). This will definitely be our new spot to stay when we come up for concerts or games.

Dirty but great location.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we had some concerns. The unit itself was very dusty and dirty. The floors must not be mopped regularly, aside from a Swiffer because they were very sticky sounding. There were soaking wet sheets still in the dryer that I didn’t find until two days after check-in. I turned the dryer on to prevent further mildew, but I'm worried the next guest might end up with unpleasant sheets on their bed. Additionally, the lint filter in the dryer was so full that it exploded all over the floor when I opened the door. The outside filter was also jam-packed, and the lint was soaking wet. We cleaned both filters to prevent a potential fire hazard, which was quite concerning. On a positive note, the location was fantastic and central to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The overall feel of the space was welcoming and inviting, aside from the dirt and dust. We would potentially stay there again, but they need a new cleaner that does something beyond the bare minimum.

SO Clean!!

This place was absolutely spotless. No mold. No bugs. The bed was so comfortable. It was a great experience. Everything worked great. It was very convenient to town. We were a little late for checkout and she was so sweet and patient with us.
