Just steps away from the Huntley Gravity Zone, this home is a dream for adventurers who love mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, or golfing, while still being close to the vibrant city of Bentonville.

Nice for a quick stay

The house was good. It had all the basics, furnishings were okay. It was close to the trails, though they were not suitable forInexperienced bikers. We opted to hike them with our 10 year old, my adult son biked them.

Perfect location! GREAT property!

Very new to mountain biking, we wanted to find a place that would accommodate our family of 5…kids ages 15,13,11…and this place was PERFECT! So many trails to explore surrounding this property, and a good range of difficulty levels. We LOVED that it was bike in, bike out…our kids just came and went as they pleased, not much traffic…and we felt safe. We ventured out to several bike trails within a short driving distance, Blowing Springs was our favorite…tons of mountain trails, and they also had great paved trails as well! The property itself offered a great “bike repair” room full of tools, which was extremely handy when we needed to change a tire! It has a very open floor plan, and spacious enough to store your bikes inside..We will definitely book this property again…the entire area was full of things to do and see!

Great Stay

Gravity House was amazing. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bike workshop was super handy and we loved having a bike rack in the house. The location was perfect. So close to everything but nestled away for privacy. My family and I can’t wait to go back and definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet setting

We enjoyed the quiet location and all the beautiful trees on the property. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck in the mornings! We had family members staying on Loch Lomond and it only took us about 14 min to get to the house they were staying in. Appreciated the Catholic Church close by! Had everything we needed!

Great home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay here! Enrique made the checkin process so simple. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and I loved sitting on his porch each morning with a cup of coffee to see deer in the woods. My husband loved having immediate access to the trails as well!

Family visit

Very clean, which is the most important attribute. There were no lamps in the house which could be used for reading. No light by the bed I used. The bathroom needs a hook to hang cloths on when showering. Overall very well worth the price.

Weekend Getaway

My party consisted of 6 people, including myself. We had the greatest little weekend getaway in Bella Vista thanks to Enrique and his beautiful home. No matter what season we’re in, the Gravity House and it’s scenery are breathtaking all year long. We were particularly lucky enough to see it covered in snow, the privacy the property offers made all the difference. As much as we loved getting to enjoy the snow, it did pose some safety risks when it came to our checkout day. Our host, Mister Enrique, went above and beyond in assisting us with our checkout process. One of our trucks happened to get stuck in the snow, and I kid you not, Enrique came right to the rescue. He is an excellent host and any questions or concerns we had during our stay were 100% addressed and we were very well taken care of. This is by far the best and most unique rental home experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Northwest Arkansas region, look no further!

Peaceful Setting

Peaceful Setting - roomy open floor plan, GREAT STAY, loved the cyclist theme through out. Kitchen good/small with basic necessities-we didn't cook. AC works great + 2 tower fans in large bedroom closets. Need clothes hangers. Main rooms had ceiling fans. Home feeling. Excellent location for bike trails. 2 bedrooms, lovely bedding and nice decor touches.Queen beds. Comfortable memory foam mattress in 1/2 bath room, other had pillow top,too soft for our family liking. Needs more than 2 hand towels and 4 wash cloths, but didn't request additional. Be aware - Hot water limited, Less than 15 minutes, not long enough for 1 to shower. A challenge - Yikes!! but made do with planning. Was there for wedding weekend at Mildred Cooper chapel, stunning setting and perfect weather. Dogwoods tree s and other spring flowers just beginning. Overall LOVED this home - wished could stay longer. WILL BE BACK AGAIN to absorb Bella Vista beauty.and explore the trails.

The place was a great location for our trip to Bikes, Blues, and BBQ’s. The only suggestion I would give is that even with plenty of parking, the driveway was narrow with the drop off in the ditches that it was a little difficult to back the trailer in. We made it work, but might be worth mentioning.

The location was just right to have quiet spot, but close to towns and activities. Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The shower is AMAZING! Water presure and the hot water great combination.

Peaceful getaway!

I could not have picked a better spot for my vacation. Just minutes away from Bentonville I was able to enjoy all the biking possible and still come back to a nice peaceful home in the evenings. Truly a hidden gem!

Perfect for our needs.

Our extended family outgrew staying in one place and this was our “overflow house “. It was neat and clean and was exactly what we needed. It would have been fun to try the bike trails that are right there. Maybe next time!

Pleasant Stay

The property was very nice. Hot shower, working AC - met both of they key requirements with flying colors. Bed was a queen, but room was large enough for a King which would be a nice upgrade for them to consider. Only odd thing that bugged my was that there was a 2x4 wood structure on the driver side of the garage bay. Easy to trip over when getting out of your car.
