Welcome to Anna Maria Island ''paradise without an attitude''. Our ground level newly renovated unit is located in the village of Anna Maria on a quiet residential street, a short stroll to the sugar white sand beach. Free trolley stop, shopping, a variety of restaurants, both fishing piers, the island community center are all within walking distance.
Many local concerts, festivals, art & craft shows and fireworks depending on the season of your visit.
With Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa so close your can be as busy as you like with endless activities or quietly walk the beautiful beach, watch the dolphins swim pass while you wait for the spectacular sunset.

We have wifi internet , unlimited long distance calling in the US & Canada. Tiled floors and beautiful screened lanai. Fenced in large yard with patio and will consider well behaved pets.
Our rates are based on double occupancy.
When using instant confirmation please provide a small description of your reason for visiting the island and your relationship to all guests in the reservation.
Anna Maria has a strict noise policy.
No noise from 10pm-8 am. Violators will receive a noise violation from the Sheriffs department, that they are responsible for paying , ask to leave the property with no refund. The property is protected on the outside by Ring video security cameras.

What a great cottage. My wife and I have stayed in multiple rentals from the mountains to the beaches and I have never stayed anywhere where we never needed anything. Such a a fantastically stocked rental. On top of that it was spotless and as my wife says "so beachy and tropical. We will definitely be back.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The owner was so great to work with and the cottage was perfect! A short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We flew in and did not have a car, the cottage was equipped with everything we needed for a beach weekend, towels and chairs and coolers so it was perfect! We enjoyed the screened in back porch and the comfy recliners in the living room. Thanks!

This cottage is easy walking distance to the Gulf, the bay, and restaurants. The space is well-organized and equipped We especially enjoyed sitting on the small back porch. The beds are extremely comfortable. Cindy is quick to respond to questions. We have recommended the cottage to friends in the Sarasota area and would happily return.

Perfect location, close to pretty much everything. 2 blocks to the closest beach access or 5-minute drive to Bean point beach access (our favorite beach to chase sunset). Everything is beautifully decorated and we love the backyard. This house has everything we need. We felt like home while we were here. Cindy was responsive and accommodating. We love Anna Maria and have been here multiple times and this is our best stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Well-equipped cottage with everything we needed for a quick beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Water pressure in shower was rather weak but not terrible. Cindy left us with coffee and was very responsive. Would stay again.

This is a darling property. We have rented 3 single family homes, with pools, thru the years in Anna Maria Island. This time we traveled with no extra relatives, but still wanted to bring our small dog. The backyard is very big with a tall, tight to the ground fence. The best location on the North End of the Island. Close to the beach, The Porch Restaurant, The Waterfront Restaurant and various shops and Pine Ave. À great price to stay in a pristine, comfortable home. Good mattresses and new living room furniture.

Seperate fenced in yard, private and separate entrance, patio , lanai and yard. Only one unit used as vacation rental. No common areas with other unit.

This cute cottage suited our family of 4 perfectly. The backyard is a nice addition, The king size beds in both bedrooms were a bonus since most rentals we have stayed in here have queens. The location is a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. As a vacation rental property owner myself I greatly appreciated the communication from the owner and the pride in ownership is obvious. We look forward to staying here again.
