Open and airy loft bedroom has amazing lush views of Florida palms and endless blue skies. Everyone has the space they need while unwinding in this island haven.

One short block from white powder sandy Lido Beach with the Pavilion and public pool for you to enjoy your Florida sunshine and tropical beach life! A few minutes to world famous St. Armands Circle for all your dining, shopping and entertainment needs. Try the ice cream at Kilwins while you look into the seascape art gallery right next door!

Across the way from Lido Beach access and an easy walk. Beach umbrella, chairs and towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.

There is 1 dedicated shaded parking space plus visitor parking spots for extra vehicles.

Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity.Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.

This vacation property is part of a Community Association and requires a separate application submission, at no cost to you.  PMI Sarasota will process the application for you.
