Great Vacation Spot

What a great place to stay. This was our third time and we're still lovin' it! It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to St. Armands Circle. Very spacious and well maintained. And did I say that the property management team is top notch? Very responsive and courteous. The date range makes it look like we were only there a short time. Quite the contrary - we were enjoying ourselves so much that we decided to extend it by a few days. We'll be back next year, of course.

2nd Time There

This was our second time staying in this duplex and we loved it! This is a large, well maintained property that made us feel right at home. It's an easy walk to the beach and St. Armand's Circle. The management company is great and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We're hoping to return again next year.

Overall a great stay

Positives: Close to the beach Comfortable Updated Small outdoor space Garage access 5 min from the circle Quiet neighborhood Negatives: No advance communication with property manager who apparently went into our side of the property The bikes did not work because they were rusted and had flat tires

Hey Micaela, we are happy you enjoyed your stay. In regards to someone stopping by without communication, we don't have any record of anyone on our team stopping by the unit. As our company policy, we do not go into a unit without communicating with the guest. Even in the case of an emergency, we will still either call or text before someone goes in. In regards to the bikes, we do not advertise the property has having bikes. You may use the bikes but they are at your own risk as we do not manage them for liability reasons.
