Great Stay!

Everything went super smoothly from reserving, to coordinating our visit, arrival, and departure. The house was great for our family of 5 with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and explore the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed your place! It was clean and comfortable. The a/c was ok in the bedrooms if we kept the doors closed. The common area was a little warm though. Enjoyed the pool to cool off in. Thank you!

last minute plan changes - good service

We faced an unexpected situation in which the house we were expected to be staying in was sold a couple of weeks before the arrival date. Fortunately, OPM was able to find us to provide us a solution by finding a new accommodation that met our expectations. It was a bit far from our intended location but this is understandable as this situation happened at the last minute. The villa at Ocotal is spaceaous, confortable and well equiped. Check in/out process was smooth and the communication with OPM was good. Totally recommend OPM for future rentals.
