This house: Uvita Beach House and the house next door Casa Turquesa (similar floor plan and layout) can be rented together as a rare opportunity to have 4 bedrooms side by side in this convenient area of Uvita (please ask for more information if you are interested).

Life within walking distance in the center of Uvita, including walking to the beach, great restaurants, supermarkets, Maxi Pali multipurpose store, gas station, etc. You’ll have your own plunge pool and small tropical garden to chill and relax with a refreshment before or after a day of adventures. Private gate and parking on the property.

Excellent spot to get around town! The smaller home fit our needs, and it was clean and well kept! Communication was open, with quick replies letting us know directions to the home, ideas for restaurants, and activities around town. I highly recommend it!

Property exceeded all expectations and was the perfect home base for our Pura Vida adventure! We were super comfy staying in to cook meals, private Pina Colada Pool Party lol and to rest and relax. This was a prime location for our tours in the Uvita and quick drive Manuel Antonio park. The home is comfortable and clean. It was nice to dip in the pool in the late afternoon before dinner. We sat sat out

Secure , immaculate little house with several amneties . Even a rice cooker & blender! Very complete kitchen . Pali Maxi grocery store walkable distance , and better quality grocery store BM an easy drive in town . Good A/C. One restaurant 5 minute walk . Abundance of movie links & subscriptions on TV . National marine park 10-12 minute walk away (7000 colones per person per day , no multi day discounts ). Great quality washer & dryer. 2 full bathrooms . No closets or places to hang clothes so used second bedroom for suitcases & clothes . Uvita is fabulous base for day trips to Dominical , Playa Hermosa , waterfalls , Reptilandia . This is a well cared for property in charming town .

We loved our short stay at Uvita Beach House. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, tons of soft towels for the beach and the shower. Beach chairs that we took with us on the beach adventures. We really loved it and recommend others to stay as well!

Excellent stay in Uvita

I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding and supplies. The outdoor washer and dryer were so appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor space. I walked the Whales’s Tail every morning. Great location. Groceries and restaurants close by. Excellent!

Perfect spot for home base

Great find! Perfect for a couple. Looked just like the pictures! Good location ... walking to the beach, sunsets, and easy access point for day trips. The "plunge" pool provided relief from the heat!
