Summer House 901A by ALBVR - Gorgeous Beachfront Corner Condo with Incredible Views

**Please Note: Summer House is undergoing an exterior renovation. Construction noise, lifts, north railing barriers, and limited parking are expected from 6/1/24 to 8/18/24 for exterior painting and stucco and framing work on the north side of the building. This work will begin at 8am Monday - Saturday, and some Sundays. Due to limited parking, you may be required to park in the overflow lot across the street. No construction entry will be needed inside since they are just painting the exterior during this time and all pools will be open. The remaining exterior renovation work will be completed outside of this timeframe and no rentals will be allowed.**

Summer House 901A, AKA Riptide Beach Escape, is a 9th floor beachfront 3BR/2BA corner unit at Summer House that sleeps 6-8 guests comfortably. This condo has a king in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, plus a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, wine refrigerator, 4 Smart TVs, full-sized washer and dryer, beachfront balcony accessible via living room and all three bedrooms, and high-end cotton linens.

Summer House 901A

The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with settings for 10+, blender, nice pans and most anything needed to cook up a nice meal. Fully working appliances and everything was fully functional. The balcony is awesome, with lovely patio furniture. Comfortable beds and quality bedding. Definitely on my top favs. Close to the beach and Walmart is just across the street. Thank you for a fun and relaxing stay. Just what we needed for a recharge and we are already planning on our next trip to our favorite place.

Loved the view! The condo being on the corner made the views spectacular! The furniture was so comfortable, including the bar table and deck chairs on the balcony. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was just as pictured and very clean and updated. The porch is a huge plus! We lived out there watching the ocean and the breeze was great. Our grandson could play out there and there was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us! The beds were very comfortable and we will definitely remember this unit for our trip next year!!! Thank you!

Wonderful place

My wife and our two children stayed here for the week and we were very happy with the condo. The location was great and very convenient to the local area. All the bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The outdoor space/balcony was spectacular and we used it almost as much as the inside. Highly recommended!!!
