This beautiful home is perfect for a large family or group of friends with two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms and two oversized washer/dryers. Roof deck is very large and private, with dining table/chairs and lounge chairs. Downstairs has a lovely raised patio with table/chairs - enjoy the sun and spectacular ocean and sunset views from both. All bedrooms have high quality beds, flatscreen TV's and ceiling fans.

Upstairs 3 BR/2.5 BA sleeps 8; one king, two queens and a queen pullout sofa. Downstairs 2 BR/2 BA sleeps 6; one king, one queen and one queen pullout sofa. Both units have two twin fold out futons ideal for young children.

The two units do not connect to each other from the inside.

Residence is air-conditioned, all windows are dual pane. Large two car garage, plus a third space behind the garage for over-sized vehicles.

Steps from the ocean and Belmont Park, you can enjoy the ocean views and beautiful sunsets from the ground floor patio or the private upstairs roof deck.

Rental includes plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. All kept in the garage.

Both of the guest houses were welcoming to our large family group. Upon arrival the duplex was clean and well equipped with what was needed for a great vacation. The host was very responsive when communicating which was appreciated. Thank you!

Overall went well. The only complaint could be the people who stayed downstairs complained of a musty smell and mold in the bathroom. It rained unusually hard during our stay and water came in through the downstairs door. But everything else was just as described and checkin/checkout was seamless. Great location.

The house was spotless and the location was great. Parking wasn’t awesome, but they did their best given the location. Room for 3 cars. Not a lot of amenities - not enough towels, dish soap, no sugar for coffee, etc. Those little touches go a long way toward making the stay comfortable, and they were quite visibly missing.

This property was perfect for us! Being steps from the beach was perfect. It was nice that there were beach chairs, boogey boards & even an umbrella in the garage. Between the 2 kitchens we had everything we needed.

Family Time

Our family gets together each year from different parts of the world to spend a week together. This house is great ( we’ve stayed previously).We love everything about it.I tried to book it again for next year but Juky was already booked so we will try for 2027.

Unfortunately neighbors were having termite treatment and it made for very uncomfortable outside time due to the use of hazardous chemicals plus the attractive nuisance with termite tent . We arrived Sunday night and the project started Tuesday. Thursday the tent came down and our family was able to enjoy the outside patio finally. Next day water starting leaking from upstairs unit into front bathroom Prop manager very responsive but just not a relaxing stay with my family I hoped I was buying. I definitely would have preferred to have notice of the termite treatment in advance

Perfect location for your San Diego stay

Me and a couple friends went down for a wedding and wanted close to a beach and the bars and this place has it. 1 block from the beach and so central to everything. Great spot for entertainment with rooftop deck and front patio.Great communication from the owner and check in was a breeze!Ill be back next time I visit San Diego!

Not clean, AC didn’t work very well upstairs, under the couch was disgusting, floors were gross, bathtub had standing water, fridge didn’t work well, kitchen was not very clean, shower rod fell multiple times while showering and hit someone in the head, broken chair and cabinet upstairs. Two pillows per bed even on king size beds.

Perfect location and for large groups!

We had 10 women stay in both units and it was absolutely perfect for our group! Amazing location steps from the beach and beach path to get to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Huge space with plenty of bathrooms as well!
