Great House, Decent Location, but Subpar Customer Service

The house was nice and in a decent location. Some of the neighborhood is run down and odd to walk through, but overall we had no problem. It was a quick walk to Rainey and 6th Street. Our group has a good time and the amenities were nice and clean for the most part. We were disappointed when we checked in and discovered a very strong natural gas smell when we entered the house. We wish Vacasa warned us about the gas leak before we checked in. They knew the stovetop burners had been left on for hours but never let us know until we called them directly. Our group felt worried and the smell was pretty nauseating. It took over 12hr to get the smell out of the house. Could have turned out a lot worse. Overall, property and location were nice, but I wish the customer service was more attentive and proactive. Still waiting to hear anything from Vacasa regarding the gas leak incident since no one followed up about it.

Great Spot

Great place to stay within walking distance of a lot of fun things in the city. The house has all the essentials and a plunge pool which was amazing.

Disappointing

I had a disappointing experience at the property. The pool was in terrible condition, with dead animals present and no signs of cleaning for weeks. Despite reporting the issue to Vacasa, they failed to send someone from the local team, leaving us unable to use the pool for the entire weekend. Additionally, the bedding on the beds was of very poor quality. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

Great Location

We were at a bussiness travel, this place was a perfect location for us to stay close to downtown but with enough space to host us all. The home has great lighting and distribution. We experienced a few inconvenients with the shower but we were able to work around it with Vacasa's guest service and they got everything back on track very quickly. Having a place to park the car was also great since we were able to leave it there and walk around.
