Enter the first living room to your right or follow the hall to the second living room, first floor bathroom and game room! Play pool or darts, read one of the hundreds of books, sing your heart out with karaoke or dance under the lights of two disco balls in this fun packed game space! Through the game room you will find a door to the back yard with outdoor games, fire pit and grill! Back in the house, on the first floor, you will find ample living space to play board games, cozy up by the fire or watch your favorite shows on either smart TV! You will also find a formal dining room that will transport you back 200 years!

Upstairs you will find the 2 large queen bedrooms with beautiful ensuites, as well as 2 additional bedrooms and bathroom.

This property is not only amazing and located so close to downtown Geneva, but has an amazing history! This home was built by Robert Troup, a revolutionary war soldier, a judge of the United States District Court for NY, and a Western New York land agent and Manager of the Pulteney Land Office (Next Door). It's noted that Troup was a lifelong friend of Alexander Hamilton and college roommates with both Hamilton and Aaron Burr at Kings College.

The Neighborhood:
The house is a 2 minute walk to downtown, which has over 30 bars and restaurants. The property is adjacent to Pulteney Park and only a few blocks from Seneca Lake. Being at the North end of Seneca Lake, it’s the perfect location for a wine tour.

Getting Around:
The nice thing about the location is that you do not need to drive, There’s so much to do within walking distance. However, if you wanted to do a wine trail, I have a few different wine tour companies I can recommend.
